Susan was very pleased to win, and excited to give the news to her mom who she goes halfsies with on multiple numbers!! Congratulations Mom!! They can tell you their toonie-a-week investment paid off. Susan joked she was taking her husband to Subway for lunch now that she had extra funds. She has a young child and says she will definitely be taking care of Christmas and probably pay bills and put some away for a rainy day.

As part of our community giving, at our count today we were joined by volunteers raising funds the Golden Seabreeze 50+ Club. They helped us with the count and received a donation. Funds will be used to support club activities.
